This quick guide will help you install, configure, and connect to a VPN server on any Android device.
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.
- Search for
GatewayVPN, or tap this direct link: GatewayVPN on Google Play. - Tap Install to download and install the app.
- Once installed, tap Open.
- If you’re new, sign up for an account using your email or phone number.
- Already have an account? Just sign in with your credentials.
- On first use, GatewayVPN will prompt you to allow VPN access.
- Tap OK or Allow when prompted.
- This permission allows the app to create a VPN connection on your device.
- On the main screen, you’ll see available server locations (like US, UK, Germany, etc.).
- Tap the large Connect button or Power icon in the app.
- You’re now protected! Your traffic is encrypted and routed through the selected server.
